We’re looking for a confident and experienced Programme Manager to lead a major multi‑national transformation of our Property operating model — covering policy, people, process and technology. It’s a big, complex programme with lots of moving parts, so you’ll need to be comfortable navigating large organisations, working with senior stakeholders, and bringing clarity where it’s needed most.
You don’t need a Property background, but you do need to have delivered operating model change and system replacement at scale. Experience with Enterprise Asset or Field Management systems is a bonus.

You will be responsible for- Leading programme delivery — bringing together Data, Process, Tech, Change and Business SMEs to build and manage a clear, end‑to‑end programme plan for design and implementation (including external software vendors).
- Engaging stakeholders — ensuring alignment, unblocking progress and keeping everyone focused on outcomes.
- Owning programme outcomes — delivering against the business case and managing trade‑offs across interconnected workstreams.
- Running workshops — supporting planning, surfacing risks and resolving issues collaboratively.
- Managing the programme plan — tracking milestones, reporting progress and keeping governance forums informed.
- Handling risks and interdependencies — escalating issues early and securing clear decisions from senior stakeholders.
- Managing budgets and benefits — forecasting, reporting and ensuring value delivery.
- Maintaining documentation — including RAID logs, plans and progress updates.
- Supporting business case development — preparing papers for Investment Committee.
- Reporting to senior leaders — providing clear, concise updates and highlighting decisions needed whilst acting with integrity.
- Operating model programme management experience from inception through to outcome delivery — including system replacement.
- Experience in large, complex organisations — navigating multiple layers and stakeholder groups.
- Budgeting and planning expertise — with a track record of delivering on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and influence — able to bring teams together and drive progress.
- Property experience is helpful but not essential.
- Experience with Enterprise Asset or Field Management systems is a bonus.
