About the role

Join our Media Experience Product team and play a key role in shaping the future of digital retail media. Working within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, you'll help deliver innovative products and experiences across multiple digital channels, including mobile apps and web platforms.

As a Product Manager, you'll partner closely with Engineering, UX Design & Research, Analytics, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve customer problems, and deliver measurable value. You'll be responsible for defining product priorities, driving discovery and delivery activities, and ensuring your product strategy aligns with both customer needs and business objectives. Reporting to the Lead Product Manager, you'll have the opportunity to influence product direction while helping to create engaging experiences for millions of customers.

  • Defining and evolving product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
  • Leading product discovery activities to identify customer and business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product enhancements and new features.
  • Championing a user-centred and data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Building a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviours, and market opportunities.
  • Managing and prioritising the product backlog to maximise value delivery.
  • Creating clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Supporting agile delivery processes, including sprint planning and key ceremonies.
  • Driving stakeholder engagement and adoption of new product concepts and initiatives.
  • Managing live product issues and helping ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Providing leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to achieve short and long-term product goals.
You will need
  • Experience delivering successful digital products that create value for customers and the business.
  • A strong understanding of modern product management and product discovery practices.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, Research, Data, and Analytics.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and make data-informed decisions in complex environments.
  • Knowledge of customer research methodologies and techniques for gathering user insights.
  • Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategy, prioritisation, and product decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Familiarity with product prioritisation frameworks and dependency management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly define requirements, user stories, and product outcomes.
  • A customer-centric mindset combined with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
