I stand over the country Price Policies, Price insight and ensure that through them we strengthen our Value perception by keep investment balance between base price, promo price and sales activities.

You will be responsible for

  • Own the country Price Policies (Product matching policy, Price policy, Promo policy), keep it relevant to the Customers' as well as the business' needs. I make sure that the country policies are followed and aligned with the relevant CE policies, changes are signed off by the appropriate CE or local forums. I own the PSG meeting and responsible for proper documentation and audit compliance.
  • I influence the decision makers to keep compliance with the policy, and take appropriate actions according to Customer price insight. I support the price operations and benchmark teams to ensure we drive Customers' value perception.
  • I work with key stakeholders to ensure there is a relevant, transparent and simple monitoring in place regarding policy compliance as well as price competitiveness.
  • In close collaboration with Value Insight manager I deep dive into price index related regular and ad-hoc requests.
  • I articulate a price insight narrative and engage the local leadership team about it. My insights are based on a good understanding of the market trends as well as competitor activities. I understand category level challenges and preparing proposals for improvement.
  • I ensure price insight is embedded into the broader customer insight scope, as well as feeding it into proposition creation.
  • I prepare insight-based proposals of any section level setting changes to the Pricing and Promo tools.
  • I develop and evolve basket architecture to improve Value perception.
  • Deliver the Price & Promo business plans and keep the investments in balance:
  • Building up and sustaining the Price framework to deliver the Value NPS improvement and the Price stability
  • Use the data science to create, guide and manage the company investment framework on customer give-away
  • Build a model and ways of working with the Risk team on how to manage and leverage inflationary/deflationary cycles in pricing
  • Innovate and look for opportunities in the market to improve the ways of working or the science


You will need

  • University education
  • At least 3 years of experience in pricing, promotional planning, price and promo effectiveness analysis, or revenue growth management, ideally in an FMCG environment
  • Upper-intermediate level of English language knowledge
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Strong storytelling skills
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple levels of seniority
  • Pro-Customer attitude
