Harrods has an exciting opportunity to join as a PR and Talent Executive, a key role in shaping brand storytelling through impactful PR and influencer activity across multiple channels.

About the Role

As a PR and Talent Executive, you will support the delivery of PR and influencer strategies across the business, helping to bring brand campaigns to life and strengthen external visibility. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll drive creative activations, build meaningful relationships across the media and influencer landscape, and ensure campaigns are executed to a high standard. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of PR and influencer campaigns across multiple categories
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and brand partners
  • Secure high-quality brand coverage across key print, digital, and social platforms
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring trackers, timelines, and assets are kept up to date
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, buying, and brand experience teams to deliver impactful activations

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

Please see our Hybrid@Harrods policy on our Career Site for more information or speak to a member of our Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions regarding the requirements for this role.

About You

You will be a proactive and creative communicator with a strong understanding of the PR and influencer landscape. You’ll thrive in a fast-moving environment, confidently managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. With a natural ability to build relationships, you’ll enjoy working collaboratively and contributing fresh ideas to campaigns. You will also be commercially aware, with a genuine interest in industry trends and how they shape effective storytelling.

You will also have:

  • Previous experience in PR, communications, or influencer marketing
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Knowledge of media, digital trends, and the evolving influencer landscape
