Temporary Assignment | Immediate Start | Central London | Fully Office-Based

Our client is a prestigious, globally recognised luxury brand, and we are currently seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to join their London team on an immediate-start temporary basis through to February 2027.

This is a fast-paced, high-profile role supporting multiple Vice Presidents, where exceptional organisation, discretion and the ability to operate confidently in a demanding environment will be essential.

The Role

Working closely with several senior executives, you will provide first-class administrative and diary support across a busy and varied workload. You will be responsible for keeping complex schedules running seamlessly, anticipating requirements and ensuring senior stakeholders are fully supported day to day.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple complex and constantly changing diaries
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings across different time zones
  • Arranging travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries
  • Managing meeting logistics, agendas and follow-up actions
  • Handling a high volume of emails and correspondence
  • Liaising confidently with senior stakeholders, clients and external contacts
  • Preparing documents, presentations and meeting materials where required
  • Managing competing priorities and last-minute changes with composure
  • Supporting wider team and office requirements as needed
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information

About You

We are looking for an experienced PA, Executive Assistant or Team Assistant who is comfortable working at senior level within a fast-paced, corporate or luxury environment.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience supporting senior executives, ideally multiple stakeholders
  • Strong experience managing complex diaries and demanding schedules
  • Excellent attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • The confidence to communicate with senior individuals at all levels
  • A calm, proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • The ability to anticipate needs rather than simply react to requests
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • A polished, professional and discreet manner

This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished PA/EA to gain experience within a highly regarded international luxury organisation, supporting senior leadership in a genuinely fast-moving environment.

If you are available immediately and have the confidence, and organisational ability to support multiple senior executives, apply now.
