Stakeholder Engagement & Influence- Lead cross-functional collaboration to embed colleague advocacy in all planning and deployment activities.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across functions and markets - Communicate plans, risks, and updates clearly and effectively to all levels of the organisation.Governance & Process Improvement- Own the governance of the planning process, ensuring consistency, transparency, and alignment with strategic objectives.- Identify and implement improvements to planning processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Lead Plan Performance- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to planning accuracy, resource utilisation, and delivery timelines.- Track progress against milestones and report on planning effectiveness to senior leadership.- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.- Evaluate stakeholder satisfaction and team engagement to ensure planning processes are enabling success. You will need - Experience in a global or matrixed organisation..- Experience working in a retail environment across Stores, Distribution, CFCs, Head Office- Familiarity with planning tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar) - Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) is advantageous

- Annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary.
