People Co-ordinator

London (Soho) | Full Time | Minimum 4 days a week in the office, with regular restaurant visits

Reports to: People and Operations Manager

As our People & Operations Co-ordinator, you will support the People and Operations teams with the day-to-day administration, communication, and coordination that keeps our restaurants and support teams moving. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, so we are looking for someone organised, positive, and confident working with different people across the business.

What you’ll be doing

· Supporting the People and Operations teams with administration, coordination, and day-to-day follow up.

· Helping to keep people-related records, processes, and documents accurate and up to date.

· Co-ordinating communication between Head Office, Operations, and our restaurants.

· Supporting new starter onboarding activity where needed.

· Assisting with meetings, notes, trackers, action points, and follow-up tasks.

· Helping managers and teams with practical support, guidance, and information.

· Working closely with different departments to make sure things are completed on time and to a high standard.

· Getting involved in projects that improve the way we support our people and restaurants.

What we’re looking for

· Someone highly organised, with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

· A confident communicator who enjoys working with people at all levels.

· A hands-on, proactive approach and the confidence to follow things through.

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and comfortable using AI tools, systems and trackers.

· A positive, team-focused attitude with a practical problem-solving mindset.

· A passion for hospitality, restaurants, and supporting teams in a fast-paced environment.
