As an Onsite Trading Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the onsite merchandising team to deliver a best-in-class customer journey across web, app and mobile.

What you’ll do
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Support day-to-day trading activity across your business unit, ensuring the website delivers the best possible customer experience across all devices
- Review and maintain site merchandising, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and aligned to commercial priorities
- Plan and execute key campaigns and promotional events onsite, supporting trading and marketing objectives
- Monitor and analyse web analytics, producing weekly and fortnightly insights to improve performance and customer journey
- Identify opportunities to optimise customer journeys, product visibility and onsite performance

Your skills and experience will include:
- A passion for online and digital, with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
- Good organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Solid Microsoft Office skills
