Operations Coordinator (6-Month Temporary Contract)
A varied operational support role responsible for KPI reporting, performance analysis, administration, project coordination, and issue resolution across online and store operations. Working closely with Operations Managers, stores, suppliers, and third-party partners, you will help drive performance improvements, manage invoicing and onboarding processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Requirements: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, Excel proficiency, excellent communication skills, and previous admin, retail, or operations experience. E-commerce or Q-commerce knowledge is beneficial.

You will be responsible forWhat I do:
- I support the Ops Managers with KPI performance reporting, analyzing store and area performances, sharing opportunities with retail teams and Service Support Partners to action improvements in stores and ensure compliance to required routines
- I provide second/third line support where needed to resolve issues both in company owned and franchise stores, upskilling help desk teams to offer continuous improvement in our online processes and support and owning day to day relationships with key supporting functions
- I process online refunds/shrinkage, raising claims with third parties and route causing poor performance to drive improvements with stores and providers by working closely with the Ops Managers
- I distribute next steps from project meetings and track their progress / resolution via Trello and email
- I manage all of the Online teams invoicing and raise POs promptly, liaising with finance to resolve any issues quickly
- I perform daily/weekly order checks by running reports and investigate where necessary, flagging to the Ops Managers and 3rd party partners
- I contact and engage with stores when appropriate – celebrating success and discussing solutions if underperforming
- I ensure all Zen Desk queries are responded to promptly
- I collate the online KPI central reporting and distribute to the team
- I own the onboarding/offboarding process for setting up new company and franchise stores with online
- I support the Ops Managers in managing our tech supplier Vista and manage the break fix process for store equipment
- I support the wider Online team with administration tasks such as POP, PIA, CAFs and Supplier
Technical Skills:
- Excellent time management, planning, attention to detail and organisational skills is a MUST
- Understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Must be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing. Active listening and the ability to follow instructions are equally important
Qualifications/Experience:
- Store, Ops or Admin experience is preferable
- Project Management is preferable but not essential
- Experience or understanding of Q-Commerce or E-commerce
