- Tues: Nights
- Weds: Nights
- Thurs: Nights
- Fri: Nights
What you’ll be doing
- Prepare and plate consistently delicious dishes that showcase quality ingredients and attention to detail.
- Keep your section prepped, organised, full of energy and ready for every service.
- Champion food hygiene, freshness, and presentation. Every plate should tell a story.
- Collaborate with your brigade to deliver smooth, efficient service across a variety of formats.
- Share your skills with junior team and stay open to learning from others.
- Stay curious - get involved in menu development, bringing fresh ideas and foodie curiosity to the table.
What you’ll bring to the table
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready for the next step.
- A love for great ingredients, well-executed dishes, and delivering consistently high standards.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a team spirit and willingness to learn
- Good understanding of kitchen operations, service flow, and stock control
- A sharp eye for food quality, presentation, and hygiene
