About the role - I support the development and maintenance of the Business Resilience Blueprint and minimum standards- I develop collaborative relationships with people responsible for Business Resilience within the first line of defence (our stakeholders) and advise them on how to identify and assess risks which could disrupt our businesses- I identify and assess critical business outcomes and capture critical processes and dependencies to determine recovery objectives and maximum tolerable impacts- I administer and maintain resilience platform- I advise our stakeholders on ways to design and maintain business continuity solutions and plans, and help them establish and maintain crisis and incident response teams and communications capability- I provide guidance, training and support to embed business resilience capability and awareness across our business- I design and facilitate exercises aimed at testing the effectiveness of our plans and strengthening our responses- I monitor compliance with the group standards and escalate and challenge non compliance where appropriate- In the event of Group level or BU crisis or incidents, support the Group CMT or BU stakeholders on plan activations What is in it for you At Tesco, we are committed to providing the best for you.
