You will need •Significant experience administering an enterprise LMS.•Experience leading LMS implementations, upgrades or transformation programmes.•Strong understanding of learning technologies, integrations, reporting and analytics.•Experience working with HR systems and digital platforms.•Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.•Experience managing third-party technology vendors.•Experience embedding a skills frameworks and capability development approach via an LMS.

- Annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary.
