WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the forecasting and planning agenda across margin, inventory, and marketing spend, partnering closely with Business stakeholders from Product, Trade, Supply Chain, and Customer teams.
- Contribute to the development of the company's commercial strategy by helping define business objectives and actively engaging stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of key business goals.
- Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to senior leaders, providing expert analysis, insights, and recommendations that support critical business decisions.
- Drive financial performance management by identifying trends and delivering insights that enable Product and Customer Leadership teams to make informed decisions.
- Develop and interpret performance analyses, proactively highlighting risks and identifying opportunities to improve business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the shared services center (TBS) and the FP&A team to ensure effective financial planning and reporting processes.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Retail and/or FMCG industries.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Confidence in communicating and partnering with senior management and leadership teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and work with complex data sets.
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making.
- Proactive approach combined with strong logical and analytical thinking.
- Commercial mindset and strong business acumen.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
