Are you a commercially minded Assistant Merchandiser ready for the next step, or an existing Junior Merchandiser looking for a fresh challenge?

A successful and rapidly growing fast fashion retailer is seeking a Junior Merchandiser to join its dynamic head office team in East London. Working closely with the Merchandising Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales, stock performance, and profitability across a high-volume product area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced business where trends move quickly, decisions are commercial, and career progression is actively encouraged.

The Role

  • Manage and trade product ranges to maximise sales and profit
  • Analyse sales, stock, and performance data to identify opportunities and risks
  • Build and maintain department WSSI plans and forecasts
  • Work closely with Buying, Design, and Supply Chain teams
  • Review stock levels and implement action plans to optimise availability
  • Support promotional and markdown strategies
  • Mentor and develop Assistant Merchandisers within the team

About You

  • Previous experience at Assistant Merchandiser or Junior Merchandiser level within a fashion retail head office.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data
  • Highly commercial with a genuine passion for product
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
