Junior Account Coordinator, Amazon

With a strong focus on creativity, consumer trends and imaginative play, the business continues to grow its portfolio across toys, gaming, entertainment and lifestyle products.

We’re looking for a junior account coordinator to join the UK retail operations team in London, with a primary focus on supporting the Amazon EU channel. You’ll provide day-to-day operational and account support, including processing and tracking orders, maintaining open order workbooks, reviewing inventory and product catalogues, managing online product compliance, producing weekly sales and stock reports, supporting customer logistics and vendor compliance, and resolving discrepancies. You’ll also work closely with sales, customers, retail partners and internal teams, while supporting wider account activity and meeting administration.

The successful candidate will have strong administrative, organisational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in retail, e-commerce, wholesale, merchandising, buying, account coordination, logistics or operations would be beneficial, although transferable experience is welcomed. We’re looking for someone proactive, commercially aware and keen to learn, who takes ownership, asks questions and looks for ways to improve processes. Strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills, accurate data entry and confidence working with detailed order and delivery information are essential.

The role is full-time and permanent, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, based in London. The salary is £32,000, plus an annual bonus worth approximately one month’s salary, 33 days’ holiday and 4% pension contribution.
