We're recruiting Retail Kiosk Staff to join our energetic matchday team, including:
- Till Operators
- Food & Drink Pourers
If you enjoy working in a buzzing, high-energy environment and want to be part of unforgettable matchday experiences, this is the role for you!
What you'll be doing:
- Providing enthusiastic, friendly service to thousands of Villa fans at Villa Park.
- Taking customer orders and confidently upselling products.
- Helping to manage queues during busy, high-volume periods.
- Operating tills and handling cash accurately.
- Pouring drinks and serving food efficiently.
- Keeping workstations and customer areas clean, tidy and well presented.
- Maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Following all company and unit policies relating to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH.
What we're looking for:
- You must be aged 18 or over.
- Comfortable serving and working with alcohol.
- Friendly, reliable and confident in a busy customer-facing environment.
- A positive team player with a great attitude.
- Willingness to learn and get stuck into a fast-paced stadium environment.
This is a Casual Matchday Position
This is a casual, flexible matchday role, offering the opportunity to work at Villa Park – home of Aston Villa FC throughout the football season and at other exciting events where available.
Availability for the following fixtures is essential:
- Monday 28th July
- Monday 4th August
- Thursday 28th August
...and all remaining Aston Villa home fixtures throughout the season.
