We're looking for experienced Waiters & Runners who are passionate about delivering outstanding service and thrive in a busy corporate hospitality setting.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing professional, friendly and attentive table service to our guests.
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and confidently.
• Delivering food and beverages efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Supporting both waiter and runner duties as required throughout the event.
• Understanding and delivering multiple styles of service, including plated, buffet, and drinks service.
• Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
• Setting up and clearing hospitality areas before, during and after service.
• Maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene, cleanliness and presentation.
• Following all company and unit policies relating to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH.

What we're looking for:

• You must be aged 18 or over.
• Comfortable serving and working with alcohol.
• Previous experience taking orders in a corporate hospitality restaurant is essential.
• A strong understanding of different styles of food and beverage service.
• Confident working across multiple orders of service during an event.
• Multi-skilled and happy to work as both a Waiter and Runner depending on business needs.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

This is a Matchday Position

Availability for the following fixtures is essential:

• Friday 31st July
• Saturday 22nd August

...and all remaining Birmingham City FC home fixtures throughout the season.
