Just like you.

We’re looking for an experienced, highly organised and enthusiastic Associate Consultant to join our vibrant and demanding Internal Communications Team within Corporate Affairs, based in our Head Office in Tolworth. Reporting to the Internal Communications Team Manager and working alongside the Internal Communications Consultant and Administrator, deputising for both when needed.

As an Internal Communications Associate Consultant, you’ll advise senior stakeholders and play a pivotal role within a small team that has a big impact on 34,000 colleagues across Lidl GB. As Lidl GB’s growth continues, our department is also evolving and getting busier by the day and this role is a brilliant opportunity for you to combine your experience within Internal Communications and a passion for retail.

You’ll support the design, planning and delivery of Lidl GB’s Internal Communications strategy including our annual content plan, key business announcements and news, alongside day-to-day communications. You’ll thrive in this highly collaborative and dynamic team, giving you the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and with colleagues across the business, including our Board of Directors.

As a trusted advisor with a proven track record in internal communications, you’ll take the lead on multiple communication plans to support our key strategic goals, ensuring our colleagues are informed, engaged, and proud to work for Lidl.

You’ll also look after and develop our internal communication channels such as our Town Hall, colleague intranet, mobile app, social feed, and other bespoke channels, exploring opportunities to take them to the next level. Working with the Internal Communications Team, you’ll also influence and develop effective ways of working and toolkits for the team and our stakeholders.

At Lidl, we offer a hybrid working model to give you the best of both worlds. Spend three days or more in our state-of-the-art office, where you can enjoy an on-site gym, restaurant, and more of the perks you deserve. And with up to two days at home, you’ll find the work/life balance you need to thrive.
