About the role The Insight team acts as the voice of the customer, helping Tesco make informed decisions that meet evolving customer needs across our channels. As an Insight Executive, you will support the understanding of customer behaviour across online and emerging digital channels, uncovering actionable insights that improve the customer experience and drive business growth. Through clear analysis and recommendations, you will help inform channel strategies, influence decision-making and support the development of customer propositions. - Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary.
- Holiday starting at 25 days plus a personal day (plus Bank holidays).

- Managing research and analytics requests, ensuring briefs are clear, focused and aligned to business objectives.
- Bringing together multiple data sources, including research, behavioural, panel and market data, to generate customer, competitor and market insights.
- Supporting the development and evaluation of customer propositions, working with senior colleagues to ensure decisions are insight-led.
- Delivering projects on time and within budget, presenting findings in a simple and engaging way that drives understanding and action.
- A passion for understanding customers and a naturally curious mindset.
- An interest in the retail industry, with a customer-first approach and strong commercial awareness.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities and explore new areas of enquiry.
- The ability to combine multiple sources of data and insight into clear, engaging stories and presentations.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and draw conclusions from a range of data sources.
- Experience working in an insight role, or using insight to inform decision-making (e.g. planning, strategy, brand or agency roles).
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- A good understanding of insight methodologies and tools, alongside strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence through clear, evidence-based recommendations.
