HR Business Partner (HR Generalist)

As the business continues to expand its retail footprint, this is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting store teams, developing talent and driving people-focused initiatives across an evolving retail business.

As HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leadership and retail managers to deliver a proactive, commercially focused HR service. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment to support new store openings, overseeing employee relations matters, advising on employment law and HR policies, and coaching managers on performance management and people development. You will also conduct training needs analyses, develop and implement training programmes, support organisational change and build strong relationships across the retail estate through regular store visits.

The successful candidate will be a CIPD-qualified or equivalent HR professional with at least three years’ generalist HR experience, ideally within a retail environment. You will bring strong employment law and employee relations knowledge, proven end-to-end recruitment experience and the confidence to partner with senior stakeholders. Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills are essential, alongside a hands-on, adaptable approach and the ability to influence and support managers in a fast-paced, growing business.

Salary & Benefits: £58,500 per annum, plus an annual bonus.
