We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in supporting our people strategy, partnering with leaders across the business, and helping create an exceptional employee experience.

The Role

As our HR Business Partner, you will work closely with managers and senior stakeholders to provide strategic and operational HR support. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping drive business performance through effective people initiatives, employee engagement, talent development, and organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary, grievance, and absence cases.
• Support talent management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement and wellbeing programmes.
• Analyse HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and recommend actions.
• Lead and support organisational change and transformation projects.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Coach and develop managers on HR best practice and people management.
• Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver key HR projects and initiatives.

About You

We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You'll have:

• Previous experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• A data-driven approach with strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience supporting organisational change and business transformation.
• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above preferred).
• A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
