A fashion retailer with a signifcant presence across the UK & Europe are looking for a HR Advisor with a strong focus on employee relations to join their fast-paced fashion retail business. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support both store and head office teams, ensuring a fair, consistent and high-performing workplace that aligns with our brand values.
As the employee relations specialist, you will manage a wide range of ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance issues, taking ownership from start to finish. You will partner closely with store and regional managers, providing clear, practical advice that balances commercial priorities with legal compliance, while coaching them to confidently handle people matters.
You will play a key role in identifying trends across employee relations, using insight to recommend improvements to policies, processes and management capability. Working collaboratively with the wider HR team, you will also support key retail initiatives, particularly during peak trading periods, ensuring consistency across multiple locations and maintaining accurate, compliant HR records.
A CIPD qualification is desirable, along with an interest in fashion and the pace and challenges of a multi-site retail business.
The salary is paying up to £35,000
