We’re recruiting Hospitality Supervisors to lead high-energy teams across VIP hospitality, bars, restaurants, and premium event spaces throughout the upcoming season.
Fixture release date is June 25th.
This is a flexible, event-based role — you choose the shifts that work for you!

The Role
You’ll be a key on-the-ground leader, making sure every guest experience runs smoothly from gates open to final whistle!
You’ll be responsible for:
· Leading teams during match days, concerts, and private events
· Managing busy bars, restaurants, and hospitality areas
· Delivering confident pre-shift briefings and motivating your team to be the best!
· Delegating tasks to keep service running seamlessly
· Supporting, coaching, and developing team members
· Handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally
· Maintaining clear communication across teams and departments
· Completing electronic paperwork and checks efficiently
What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality, events, hotels, or restaurants
· Calm, confident leadership in high-pressure environments
· Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and people management abilities
· A positive, professional attitude with a hands-on approach
· A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
