Location: 10 Bressenden Place 8th floor London, United Kingdom SW1E 5DH
Rate of Pay: £34,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 7am - 15pm, flexibility required
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee service to ensure smooth daily operations.
Supervise teams to ensure the delivery of impeccable food and customer service.
Regularly communicate with your line manager to track KPIs and targets.
Represent Compass Group UK&I and uphold a positive brand image.
Act as a liaison between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
Provide guidance and support to your team, leading by example to ensure everyone excels in their roles.
Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all teams.
Manage general administrative tasks.
Hospitality oversight. Minimal food requirements, free issue teas, coffees and snacks
