Salary: £42,224 per annum
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 7:00-15:30, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in delivering a comprehensive campus hospitality offer, from canapés and finger food to formal dining events.
- Prepare and deliver hospitality events for 25-200 guests, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.
- Utilise fine dining experience and strong attention to detail to exceed client expectations.
- Compile hospitality orders and assist with production planning and event coordination.
- Demonstrate excellent organisation and time management in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Support stock control, food safety compliance, and efficient kitchen operations.
- Lead by example, supporting and developing junior team members while maintaining high culinary standards.
