Salary: €50,000 per annum

Location: Arthur Cox, D02 T380

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 7:00-15:30, 40 hours per week (Occasional evenings during events)

  • Lead and coordinate the day-to-day operation of hospitality services, meetings, events, and boardroom dining.

  • Manage a busy hospitality function across 20 boardrooms, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.Oversee a varied food and beverage offering, including breakfasts, lunches, hot buffets, VIP dining, fine dining events, champagne receptions, and canapé functions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients, acting as the main point of contact for hospitality requirements.

  • Plan, organise, and deliver hospitality events for up to 100-150 guests across multiple bookings and functions.

  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure all hospitality requirements are communicated and delivered to the highest standards.

  • Support the General Manager with wider operational responsibilities when required.

  • Lead, train, motivate, and develop the hospitality team to ensure excellent service and high levels of engagement.

  • Coordinate staffing, event logistics, and resource planning to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

  • Maintain Gather & Gather service standards, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor hospitality budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.

  • Ensure all health, safety, food safety, and company compliance standards are met.

  • Drive innovation within the hospitality offer, introducing new ideas and enhancements to continually improve the client experience.

  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional under pressure.

Previous Experience:

  • Hospitality, events, or conference and banqueting management experience.

  • Strong organisational and planning skills.

  • Excellent client relationship management abilities.

  • Proven experience leading and developing teams.

  • Ability to manage high-volume hospitality operations and multiple events simultaneously.

  • Commercial awareness with experience managing costs and budgets.

  • Approachable, hands-on management style with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
