We're currently recruiting a dedicated Hospitality Assistant (Zero Hours) to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in CH&CO on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Deliver high-quality hospitality service to designated meeting rooms, boardrooms, and client areas
- Set up rooms for meetings and events, including food, beverages, tableware, and equipment in line with service standards
- Provide timely delivery and replenishment of food and drinks during meetings and events
- Ensure presentation standards are consistently met, with attention to detail and cleanliness
- Clear and clean meeting rooms promptly after use, ensuring spaces are reset and ready for future bookings
- Maintain high levels of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all times
- Engage professionally with clients, responding to requests and resolving issues efficiently
- Follow food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures at all times
- Support with stock control, replenishment, and reporting of shortages or issues
- Work collaboratively with catering, kitchen, and on-site teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Adhere to service schedules and respond flexibly to changing client requirements
Our ideal Hospitality Assistant will:
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service (contract catering experience desirable)
- Friendly, professional, and client-focused with a strong service mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Flexible and adaptable to meet business and client needs
- Willing to learn and develop within a contract catering environment
