We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Hospitality Assistant to join our contract catering team on a full-time basis, based in London. The role will involve supporting a variety of conferences, corporate events and functions.
As a Hospitality Assistant, you will help ensure our events run smoothly and that guests receive excellent service. You’ll work as part of a friendly and professional team, assisting with event setup, service and clearing down while maintaining high standards throughout.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and preparing event and catering areas
- Serving food, drinks, tea and coffee
- Assisting with buffet and food service
- Welcoming and assisting guests
- Clearing tables and keeping service areas clean and tidy
- Washing and storing equipment when required
- Supporting the catering team during busy events
- Helping with event set-up and clear-down
- Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and professional
- Reliable and punctual
- Well-presented and customer-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A good team player with a positive attitude
- Flexible and willing to work different shifts
Previous experience in hospitality, events, fine dining, restaurants, hotels or contract catering is desirable.
