Drive Growth Across One of Britain’s Most Iconic Pub Estates

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced and commercially-minded Head of Pubs Marketing to lead the strategy, planning and delivery of marketing activity across Shepherd Neame's managed and tenanted pub estates.

You will shape an insight-led marketing strategy that drives customer growth, strengthens commercial performance and enhances the customer experience across our pubs. Using customer insight, market trends and performance data, you'll identify opportunities to increase footfall, frequency, spend and loyalty, ensuring marketing remains a key driver of business success.

Working closely with Pub Operations, Property and the wider Marketing team, you'll bring together commercial priorities, operational expertise and customer understanding to deliver campaigns that are engaging, measurable and practical to execute. Operating at both strategic and operational levels, you'll ensure our marketing supports the unique character of each pub while contributing to the long-term growth of the estate.
