Are you a passionate pastry professional with experience leading teams in a high-volume production environment?

Greenfields Food is looking for an experienced Head Pastry Chef to lead pastry production across a portfolio of well-known food brands, including Côte, Côte at Home, The Real Greek, Marugame, and Crosstown Doughnuts.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a large-scale pastry operation, driving quality, efficiency, and innovation while leading and developing a talented team.

What you'll be doing

• Leading all pastry production at our Heston site
• Managing and developing a skilled pastry team
• Ensuring exceptional product quality and consistency across multiple brands
• Driving operational improvements and productivity
• Planning rotas, managing labour costs, and maintaining efficient workflows
• Upholding the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience in pastry or bakery production, ideally within a large-scale operation
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Strong operational and organisational capability
• Experience managing rotas, staffing, and production planning
• A passion for quality, consistency, and continuous improvement
