Salary: £51,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 7:30am - 5:30pm
Location: City of London
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day delivery of an exceptional 5-star client and guest experience across the site.
- Oversee a team of 14 employees, creating a high-performing, engaged and service-focused culture.
- Take responsibility for the client journey across six reception areas, meeting rooms and hospitality spaces.
- Oversee key business support services, including reception, hospitality, meeting room setup and vending services.
- Ensure all areas consistently deliver the highest standards of service, presentation and attention to detail.
- Lead from the front with a hands-on and proactive approach, supporting the team during busy service periods.
- Manage team performance, development and engagement, including supporting recruitment, training and onboarding.
- Plan and coordinate daily operations, ensuring teams are prepared and appropriately resourced.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, responding quickly to changing requirements.
- Support and oversee evening client events when required, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival through to departure.
- Report directly to the Head of Customer Experience and support the wider customer experience strategy.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Proven management experience within a 5-star corporate, hospitality, reception or events environment.
- A strong people leader with experience managing and developing high-performing customer-facing teams.
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional and memorable client experience.
- Experience overseeing multiple service areas, such as reception, hospitality, meeting rooms or events.
- Confident managing recruitment, training, team preparation and operational planning.
- A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several priorities at once.
- Hands-on, proactive and solutions-focused, with the confidence to lead from the front.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, high-profile corporate environment.
- Flexible and willing to support occasional evening events when required.
