About the role
- Support the global travel programme, ensuring alignment with business priorities, colleague experience, cost efficiency and sustainability goals.
- Offer first-line support, booking tool administration, maintain Colleague Help articles and act as the key point of contact during the Global Travel Manager's absence.
- Gather feedback from colleagues and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement across travel policies, processes, systems and traveller experience.
- Manage relationships with appropriate travel suppliers and partners, supporting operational delivery, supplier performance, contract management and continuous service improvement to maximise value and service quality.
- Provide travel reporting, data analysis and insights to support decision-making, policy compliance and programme enhancements.
- Partner with regional and market stakeholders to embed global standards while accommodating local requirements.
- Support the delivery of travel projects and programme enhancements, coordinating activities, tracking actions and engaging stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
- Work with Group Security to support travel risk, duty of care and traveller safety.
- Act as a travel subject matter expert, building effective stakeholder relationships and representing the travel programme internally and externally.
- Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary.

- Working within a global or multi-market corporate travel programme.
- Supporting multinational travel programmes and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Managing supplier relationships, contracts and commercial activities.
- Administering online booking tools and travel technology platforms.
- Supporting supplier performance reviews, service improvements and issue resolution
- Providing first-line travel support and resolving traveller queries.
- Coordinating travel projects, process improvements and system enhancements.
- Supporting travel policy compliance and traveller communications.
- Partnering with stakeholders across multiple markets, functions and countries.
- Producing and analysing travel data, reporting and insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams and Copilot.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage at all levels of the organisation.
- Commercial awareness with experience of supplier and partner management.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience producing and interpreting reports to identify trends, resolve issues and support decision-making.
- Able to operate effectively in a global environment, balancing global standards with local market requirements.
- Knowledge of corporate travel programmes and travel technology platforms, with experience coordinating travel projects and supporting business priorities through to delivery
