Key Responsibilities
- Providing a warm, professional and friendly front of house experience
- Serving food and beverages to residents, guests and colleagues
- Setting up and maintaining dining and hospitality areas to a high standard
- Ensuring excellent presentation of food and service areas
- Operating tills and handling transactions accurately where required
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and hygiene
- Following all Health & Safety and company procedures
- Supporting the wider team to ensure a smooth and efficient service
About You
- Passionate about customer service and creating positive experiences
- Friendly, approachable and professional in your interactions
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable, organised and adaptable
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
- Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Previous hospitality, catering, retail or front of house experience is desirable but not essential
