HOW IS WORKING IN THE PROPERTY TEAM SPECIAL?
We are driven by a single focus – to serve our shoppers a little better. We work with our Retail colleagues as well as with other stakeholders to achieve customer satisfaction. From potential building sites to maintaining shops – it’s our responsibility to look at every aspect to ensure store functionality.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Managing the process of identifying, assessing, and securing new locations across the Czech Republic in line with the company's long-term growth strategy.
- Managing the process of identifying, assessing, and securing new locations in Prague in line with the company's long-term growth strategy.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborating with external consultants and leveraging their expertise effectively to achieve business objectives.
- Contributing to the selection of the most appropriate store format for a given location based on customer needs.
- Preparing and coordinating materials required for management approval of new store openings in accordance with established KPIs.
- Negotiating the best and most flexible commercial terms to minimize transaction risks.
- Overseeing the preparation and execution of legal documentation related to specific locations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with local authorities and ensuring ongoing communication.
- Collaborating with other departments on the planning and execution of projects.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- At least 3 years of experience in expansion, real estate acquisition, or a related field.
- Professional demeanor and presentation skills.
- A proactive approach and strong market knowledge.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving objectives.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate, influence, and build relationships at all levels of management.
- English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level (B2).
- Category B driving licence.
