Executive Chef - High-profile culinary operation in London, close to Liverpool Street Station
We’re looking for a creative, flexible and commercially savvy Executive Chef with a genuine passion for food and people.
With a £3 million annual turnover, the site delivers premium hospitality, private dining, staff dining and two high-end cafés. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a growing operation and make a real impact. You’ll lead a growing 14-strong kitchen team, delivering exceptional food across hospitality, private dining and staff dining.
A key part of the role is building strong client relationships. We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable, always looking for ways to exceed client expectations and bring their ideas to life.
You’ll also:
- Lead and develop the kitchen team.
- Create bespoke menus and innovative food concepts.
- Develop and elevate the staff dining offer.
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and private dining experiences.
- Respond confidently to last-minute requests and changing client needs.
- Manage food costing, budgets and commercial performance.
- Continuously drive creativity, quality and culinary excellence.
