About the Role
Barchester Healthcare is looking for a highly organised and proactive Digital Training Co-ordinator to join our Learning & Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of digital training programmes that underpin major digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.
Working closely with the Digital Training team and wider project stakeholders, you will coordinate training activities, manage delegate attendance, maintain accurate records, and produce insightful reporting to ensure our colleagues receive the training they need to successfully adopt new digital systems and ways of working.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working with data and reporting, and is passionate about delivering an excellent learner experience.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating Digital Training Programmes
- Plan, schedule and coordinate digital training events across the organisation.
- Produce detailed forward training plans to support digital transformation programmes.
- Communicate training schedules and key information to learners and stakeholders.
- Manage training invitations and track delegate responses.
- Monitor attendance, cancellations and no-shows, ensuring escalation processes are followed where required.
- Organise training materials, resources and refreshments to create a positive learning experience.
- Work collaboratively with Digital Trainers and project teams to ensure training sessions run smoothly.
Managing Training Resources
- Coordinate the distribution of digital training materials and guidance.
- Ensure training resources are available at the required locations and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and support the development of high-quality training materials and documentation.
- Reporting and Compliance
- Produce accurate and timely training reports for homes, regions and divisions.
- Schedule and manage attendance and compliance reporting through learning management systems.
- Monitor the accuracy of training records and attendance data.
- Work with stakeholders to address gaps in compliance and reporting.
Continuous Improvement
- Gather and review training feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to training administration processes.
- Support the ongoing development and effectiveness of digital learning programmes.
About You
Essential
- Previous administrative experience in a busy environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- GCSE Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English, along with three additional GCSEs.
Desirable
- Experience using Digital Learning Platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Previous experience working remotely or in a home-based role.
- Experience supporting training, learning or development activities.
Salary range
- £31,577 per year
