Full-Time (37.5 hours)

Crew Clothing Company was founded in Salcombe in 1993. Today Crew is a great British brand, and our success lies in our authentic passion for producing great looking, well-made clothes. We now have more than 135 stores and a thriving website, and the business continues to grow.

Our people are at the heart of our company. With a passion for exceptional service, and a love for our product, our team is dedicated to offering the best customer experience – nothing is too much trouble.

About the Role:

We are looking for a technically minded, data-driven graduate to join our team as a Graduate Product Manager, helping to shape the technology and data capabilities that support our growing fashion business.

Our business is moving to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as its in-house Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. As we onboard new brands, we need to ensure their systems, processes and data integrate effectively with our existing infrastructure. You will play an important role in making this happen, helping to build, configure and set up the systems and data flows that enable new brands to operate seamlessly within our business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate with a degree in a data-driven, technology-based, computer science or engineering discipline who wants to develop a career at the intersection of technology, business systems, data and product management.

You will initially undertake a structured nine-month training programme delivered in partnership with our specialist agency partner, developing your knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a particular focus on Finance and Supply Chain Management. Following this training, you will take on increasing responsibility for technology and data initiatives, with a growing focus on how AI can be applied to improve business processes, decision-making and operational efficiency.

You do not need previous ERP experience. We are looking for someone with strong technical foundations, analytical thinking, a genuine interest in enterprise systems and data product management, and the curiosity and drive to learn.

Responsibilities:

1. Brand onboarding and systems integration

  • Support the technical onboarding of new fashion brands into our business, helping to ensure their systems integrate effectively with our in-house Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP platform.
  • Assist with the build, configuration and setup activities required to bring new brands onto our systems.
  • Help map existing brand processes, data structures and system requirements to our in-house operating model.
  • Support the identification of integration requirements, data dependencies and potential system issues.
  • Work with internal teams and external technology partners to help deliver successful, efficient and repeatable onboarding projects.

2. Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ERP development

  • Complete a structured nine-month training programme covering relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, with a focus on Finance and Supply Chain Management.
  • Develop a practical understanding of how ERP systems support core business processes, including financial operations, purchasing, inventory management and supply chain activities.
  • Apply your learning to real business scenarios, supporting system configuration, testing and implementation activities.
  • Assist with investigating system issues, analysing requirements and identifying opportunities to improve existing processes.
  • Build knowledge of how different business functions, systems and data sets connect across an integrated technology environment.

3. Data management and product thinking

  • Support the management, validation, mapping and migration of data as new brands are onboarded.
  • Help ensure data is accurate, consistent and structured appropriately for use across our ERP and related systems.
  • Analyse data and business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks and work with relevant stakeholders to support their delivery.
  • Develop a product-oriented mindset, understanding user needs, defining problems and helping to deliver technology solutions that create measurable business value.

4. AI, automation and innovation

  • Following the initial nine-month training period, become increasingly involved in exploring and implementing AI-enabled solutions across the business.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI, automation and data-driven tools to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
  • Support the evaluation, testing and rollout of new technology solutions, assessing their practical value to the business.
  • Work with business stakeholders and technology partners to investigate emerging technologies and translate promising ideas into practical applications.
  • Help establish a strong understanding of how high-quality data and well-integrated systems provide the foundation for effective AI adoption.

5. Collaboration and continuous improvement

  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues across technology, finance, supply chain and other business functions.
  • Work closely with our external agency partner during training and subsequent implementation projects.
  • Document system configurations, processes, requirements and solutions to support consistency and knowledge sharing.
  • Take ownership of your learning, seek feedback and continuously develop your technical and commercial understanding.
  • Contribute ideas, challenge existing processes constructively and help the business make better use of technology and data.
