You will be responsible forWhat the job is about:
- Be involved in the creation of the annual digital strategy led by the Lead Digital Campaign Manager and transform it into actionable campaign plans and executions across Tesco and GHS (Online Shop) digital platforms.
- Manage integrated digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, channel roles and defined digital ecosystem.
- Coordinate digital content production with agencies (creative, media), ensuring timely and on-brand delivery. Ensure campaigns reflect the set tone of voice, brand visual identity, CE comms guidance.
- Activate and develop platform-specific content for social media.
- Stay updated on digital trends, emerging platforms, and media landscape, proactively seek opportunities to enhance Tesco's digital presence.
- Provide regular inputs and insights to evolve Tesco digital ecosystem and content direction.
- Work with media agencies to brief campaigns, support to define KPIs, and track, evaluate performance.
- Identify and test new digital formats, platforms, media buying solutions to improve campaign impact.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate digital strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure accurate financial tracking and PO processing
- Handle urgent digital communication needs promptly.
What you will need:
- University education
- Min. 5 years of relevant working experience
- Upper-intermediate level of English language knowledge
- Experience in Digital Marketing Communication and Campaign management,
- Project Management experience
- Excellent media market and strong digital marketing knowledge
- Innovative, analytical, and creative thinking
- Customer focus
