We are looking for an ambitious demand planner to join a global FMCG company in London. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the end to end demand planning process, ensuring accurate forecasts that drive supply chain efficiency and support commercial growth.
Working closely with sales, marketing, supply, and finance, you will translate market trends, promotional activity, and customer insights into robust demand plans that keep our products moving and our customers satisfied. You will play a key role in reviewing current planning workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing smarter, more scalable ways of working. Through deep data analysis, you will uncover patterns, challenge assumptions, and provide actionable insights that strengthen forecast accuracy and reduce waste. Your ability to interrogate data, streamline processes, and influence cross‑functional partners will directly shape how we plan, produce, and deliver across the European market.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced FMCG environment, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and is motivated by continuous improvement.
The role is paying up to £50,000. There is a benefits package that includes an annual bonus. The company are based in North London and has hybrid working in place, where you will be based in the office 3 days a week.
