You'll be supporting some of our most strategically important initiatives, analysing market activity, and modelling optimisation scenarios. Day-to-day, that means:
- Building and optimising complex SQL queries across large-scale datasets (Teradata, Hadoop).
- Working with Machine Learning models to monitor performance and accuracy.
- Providing research and insight on trade plan, price architecture, and promotion effectiveness.
- Translating technical findings into clear, compelling reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Identifying opportunities to standardise, simplify, and automate analytical processes.
- Supporting the full planning cycle from forecasting through to post-performance review.
- A degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Sharp logical reasoning.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- SQL proficiency is preferred but not required.
- Python and visualisation tool (Tableau, PowerBI) experience is preferred but not required.
- A genuine curiosity about how data connects to customer outcomes.
