About the role

This is a broad Corporate Affairs coordination role combining communications, sustainability and community engagement activities. You will play a key role in delivering communication campaigns, managing digital channels and coordinating programmes that help strengthen Tesco’s reputation and positive impact in local communities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Support the delivery of communications plans through research, coordination, content creation, and execution
  • Manage and update digital communication channels, including the corporate website, LinkedIn and internal news platforms, ensuring timely and engaging content.
  • Coordinate communication campaigns and events from planning through execution, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Contribute to the operational delivery of community and CSR / sustainability programmes
  • Build strong relationships with NGOs, agencies and other external partners to support successful programme delivery.Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across teams
  • Support budget administration, including purchase orders and invoice processing
  • Ensure all activities are aligned with the company’s Business Code of Conduct, acting with integrity and accountability
  • Create engaging content for a variety of audiences and channels, including articles, social media content, presentations and communication materials.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • 1–2 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong experience coordinating projects and managing digital and social media channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Czech language (native) and English (minimum B2 level)
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • University degree
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Creative thinking with strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Interest or experience in CSR, sustainability, or community engagement initiatives
