WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:
Colleague & Office Experience
- Act as the first point of contact for colleagues in the Head Office, offering support with people-related queries and ensuring the office environment is welcoming, stocked, and functional.
- Coordinate end to end internal colleague engagement activities, seasonal events, and wellbeing initiatives in line with Colleague Experience Manager on country level (stores, office, DCs)
- Collaborate in team and coordinate deployment of People Plan activities and day‑to‑day tasks related to DEI, wellbeing, benefits administration, and ongoing updates
- Assist with localisation and publishing of people related content when required.
- Provide administrative support (data updates, documentation, reports, contract changes, vacancy management, induction coordination) with accuracy
- Manage document flow from People/Payroll/TBS teams, ensuring timely printing, distribution, and upload into respective People systems.
- Coordinate learning sessions, workshops, and development programmes (meeting rooms, invites, materials, communication).
- Support onboarding of newcomers with learning materials, schedules, and welcome activities.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and learning histories in People systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of training and colleague experience processes.
