We're currently recruiting a dedicated Christmas Co-Ordinator to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Inspire on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Booking and coordinating daily meetings and events, including room allocations and schedules

  • Managing event logistics from initial enquiry through to delivery

  • Liaising with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution

  • Supporting the planning and on-the-day coordination of events

  • Assisting with creative tasks such as brochure design and promotional materials

  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

Our ideal Christmas Co-Ordinator will:

  • Graduate calibre or experience in operations or administrative roles

  • Ideally a background in hospitality or food & beverage

  • Confident using systems and technology (training provided)

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Professional and confident liaising with a range of stakeholders

  • Diplomatic, level-headed, and solution-focused approach
