Are you a passionate Chef who loves creating great food and leading a team? We’re looking for a Chef Manager to join our Eurest team in Nuneaton and take ownership of the catering operation.
What you’ll be doing- Leading the day-to-day catering operation, from the kitchen through to service.
- Creating fresh, high-quality food that keeps customers coming back.
- Leading, motivating and developing your team.
- Managing stock, ordering, food costs and waste to keep the operation running efficiently.
- Maintaining excellent standards of food safety, hygiene and health & safety.
- Building strong relationships with customers and the wider site team.
- Taking ownership of the catering operation and making it your own.
We’re looking for an experienced Chef or Chef Manager who is passionate about food, confident leading a team and enjoys being hands-on. You’ll need good organisation skills, a positive attitude and the ability to deliver great food and service consistently.
