Location: London | Full-Time | Staff Dining | £16.31 per hour

We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie with a contract-catering background to join a large London staff-dining operation.

The focus is on delivering fresh, creative and consistently good food at volume, with well-dressed plates and strong attention to presentation. Alongside the daily staff-dining offer, you’ll support a varied hospitality and events calendar featuring canapés, bowl food and larger functions.

You’ll join at an exciting stage as part of a brand-new kitchen team, with plenty of opportunity to develop your skills, take on greater responsibility and progress within the operation.

What you’ll be doing

• Taking responsibility for your section and ensuring it is ready for service

• Preparing and cooking fresh food for the daily staff-dining offer

• Supporting hospitality and events delivery

• Maintaining excellent food quality, consistency and presentation

• Bringing fresh ideas and energy to the food offer

• Supporting and guiding junior members of the kitchen team

• Monitoring stock and helping to minimise food waste

• Following all food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures

• Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver a smooth service

What we’re looking for

You’ll be an experienced Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to take the next step, with experience in staff dining, contract catering or another high-volume kitchen.

You’ll be hands-on, organised and calm under pressure, with a genuine passion for food and a positive approach to teamwork. You’ll take pride in maintaining high standards and be keen to learn, develop and progress.
