We're looking for a highly organised, commercially-minded individual who enjoys building client relationships, attending events, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
✔ Advising clients on ceremonial uniform and attire requirements
✔ Managing customer enquiries and sales support activities
✔ Taking client measurements and coordinating fittings
✔ Supporting UK and international events and business trips
✔ Identifying new business opportunities
✔ Liaising with suppliers and internal teams
✔ Assisting with stock management, invoicing and account administration
Ideal candidates will have experience in account management, customer relationship management, sales support, luxury retail, events, tailoring, formalwear, or business development.
