WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:
Please mind that this roles is for fixed-term.
I am responsible for delivering employer brand strategy and activation across Tesco Central Europe, localising campaigns and showcasing colleague experiences to attract, engage and retain diverse talent across hubs of Head Office, Business Services and Stores.
- Lead delivery of the CE employer brand strategy aligned to the Group EVP, masterbrand and People strategy
- Localise and activate global campaigns across Slovakia, Hungary and Czech Republic, ensuring cultural relevance and impact
- Plan and deliver integrated recruitment marketing campaigns across stores, offices and business services
- Own CE social and content strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook and careers platforms, including colleague storytelling
- Manage content across career sites (e.g. Strapi, WordPress) and oversee local photo/video production and translation
- Act as key contact for the employer brand agency, overseeing briefing, delivery, performance and capacity
- Own and manage the CE employer brand budget, including forecasting, allocation and PO management
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across People, Talent Acquisition and Communications teams
- Establish clear processes and ensure consistent application of employer brand messaging and visual identity
- Plan and support recruitment events, early careers campaigns and market activations
- Measure performance and optimise campaigns using data, insight and market trends
- Provide brand and communications support to CE People teams, ensuring consistency and quality across all outputs
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- University education
- Min. 4-5 years of professional working experience
- Strong understanding of campaign planning, social strategy and content storytelling.
- Experience working with creative and media agencies to deliver high‑quality outputs.
- Confidence working across complex stakeholder groups in large organisations.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at pace.
- Experience of using social media content & digital channels to engage internal and external audiences
- A passion for people, culture and inclusion, and for doing work that genuinely matters.
