Location: Dublin, Smurfit Balckrock
Rate of Pay: €17.50 per hour
Working Pattern: 5/7, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards.
- Supervise, motivate, and support a team
- Manage service for a busy commercial operation serving approximately 300 covers per day.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company standards.
- Assist with staffing, training, stock control, and labour management.
- Drive sales opportunities and support the achievement of business performance targets.
- Handle customer feedback professionally, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
- Act as a key point of contact during service, ensuring efficient operations and strong team communication.
