  • Support café opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure food is prepared and served in line with safety and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain clean and well-presented counters, displays, workstations, and seating areas.
  • Operate coffee machines and café equipment safely and effectively.
  • Follow cash handling and security procedures.
  • Promote a safe working environment and report any hazards or incidents.
