Constellation is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Conference & Events Manager to join our team at Wolverhampton Wanderers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone local who is looking for regular, flexible work in a fast-paced events environment.

About the Role

As a Casual C&E Manager, you will lead the delivery of daytime conferences and events, ensuring exceptional service standards for events of up to 200 guests. Working across Monday to Sunday, you will be responsible for coordinating event operations, leading teams, and acting as the key point of contact for clients throughout their event.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team delivering daily conference and event services.
• Manage daytime events for up to 200 guests.
• Participate in and/or lead daily operational briefings and handover meetings, reviewing event details and Banqueting Event Orders (BEOs).
• Conduct room checks to ensure event spaces are set up correctly, including seating layouts, linen, and AV equipment.
• Welcome event organisers on arrival, review final event requirements, and ensure a smooth start to the day.
• Act as the main liaison between clients, kitchen teams, and front-of-house staff.
• Support forward planning and preparation for upcoming events.
• Oversee the delivery of tea and coffee services, buffets, and dinner service.
• Lead teams in the setup, execution, and breakdown of events.
• Ensure all hygiene, health, and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Maintain excellent service standards in a fast-paced environment.

About You
